Every loft conversion and extension is different, due to the needs of the individual client. After your initial consultation Lloyd Peacey can assess the suitability of your home for a conversion.
The client will get a complete conversion from start to finish and all in accordance with local authorities regulations.
From stage one of the build we recommend options, ideas and designs that will fully utilise your space. Then once you have approved the quotation we can arrange for your design to be drawn up. We'll even support you with your planning application if approval is needed.
Moving on to the build itself, Working with Lloyd Peacey means you will get a higher quality finish, better and quicker service and a conversion which will ultimately add to the value of your home. Being a relatively small company in Bristol allows more flexibility and the ability to accommodate your specific needs all at very competitive prices. The people you deal with will be the people working on your conversion or extension.
